Privacy Policy
Last updated 5 September 2026
LeadCrafters (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
01Who we are
LeadCrafters is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Our website is leadcrafters.co.uk. You can contact us about privacy matters at contact@leadcrafters.co.uk or on 01782 526660.
02What data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact and booking details you submit through our website forms, including name, email address, phone number and business information
- Booking requests you send us through WhatsApp using the booking form on this website
- Data relating to leads generated on behalf of our clients through their advertising campaigns, which is processed through our CRM
- Payment-related information processed on our behalf by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details
- Standard technical data such as IP address and browser information, collected automatically when you visit our site
- Data from your Google Ads and Meta advertising accounts, where you have given us access to manage your campaigns. See sections 06 and 07 below
03How we use your data
We use your data to respond to enquiries and bookings, deliver and manage the advertising and CRM services you have signed up for, process payments, provide customer support, and comply with our legal obligations.
04Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of performance of a contract (delivering the services you have purchased), your consent (for example, submitting a contact or booking form), and our legitimate interests (such as improving our services and keeping our systems secure).
05Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and understand how visitors use the site. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how some parts of the site function.
06Meta and Facebook advertising data
LeadCrafters manages Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients. To provide this service, clients add LeadCrafters as a partner in Meta Business Manager, giving us access to their Facebook Page and advertising account.
What data we access
Through Meta’s APIs, we may access ad account information (account ID, name, currency, status), Facebook Page information, campaign, ad set and ad data (names, status, targeting and creative), and advertising performance and insights such as impressions, clicks, spend and related metrics.
How we use this data
This data is used solely to create, manage, monitor and optimise advertising campaigns on behalf of the client it belongs to, and to report on campaign performance back to that client.
How we share this data
We do not sell this data, and we do not share it with any third party except where required to deliver the advertising service itself, for example with Meta as the advertising platform. Each client’s data is used only for that client’s own campaigns and is never shared with, or used on behalf of, any other client.
How long we keep this data
We retain campaign and performance data for as long as we provide services to the client, and for a reasonable period afterwards for reporting and record keeping, after which it is deleted.
Revoking access
A client may revoke LeadCrafters’ access to their ad account or Page at any time via their Meta Business Manager settings.
07Google Ads data
Similarly, where clients grant LeadCrafters access to their Google Ads account to provide our Google Ads management service, we access account, campaign and performance data solely to build, manage and optimise that client’s campaigns and to report results back to them. We do not sell this data or use it on behalf of any other client, and access can be revoked by the client at any time through their Google Ads account settings.
08Payment data
Payments for our services are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card number or other full payment card details on our own systems. Stripe’s use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
09Who we share your data with
We share data only where necessary to deliver our services, for example with Stripe to process payments, with Google and Meta as the advertising platforms we manage campaigns on, and with our website and CRM hosting providers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
10How long we retain your data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes. Campaign and advertising data is covered separately in sections 06 and 07 above.
11Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
12Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, ask us to erase your data, restrict or object to how we use it, and request that your data be moved to another provider. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@leadcrafters.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk if you believe your data has been mishandled.
13Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
14Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
