LeadCrafters – Terms & Conditions 

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by LeadCrafters, a lead generation and advertising setup service specialising in Facebook and digital advertising campaigns designed to generate enquiries for businesses.

By purchasing or using any LeadCrafters service, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Service Scope

LeadCrafters provides the setup, optimisation, and creative production required to generate leads through advertising platforms such as Facebook and other digital marketing channels.

Our services may include:

 

    • Ad campaign setup

    • Creative design and video production

    • Ad copywriting

    • Campaign optimisation

    • Lead delivery through our CRM system

LeadCrafters focuses on delivering qualified leads and enquiries for your business.


3. No Refund Policy

Once an advertising campaign has been created and launched, no refunds will be issued.

This includes when the following work has been completed:

 

    • Ad campaign setup

    • Creative design work

    • Video production

    • Advertisement creatives

Due to the time, expertise, and resources required to produce these assets, all payments become non-refundable once work has commenced and the campaign has been set up.


4. Service Changes

If a client requests to change the service being advertised after the campaign has been built, this will require significant restructuring of the campaign.

Examples may include:

 

    • Changing the advertised service

    • Switching target markets

    • Rebuilding creatives or ad copy

In these situations, a service modification fee will apply.

This fee will always be discussed and agreed with the client before any additional work is carried out.


5. Advertising Spend (Ad Budget)

LeadCrafters service packages do not include advertising spend.

Our packages cover:

 

    • Creative production

    • Campaign setup

    • Campaign optimisation

Clients are responsible for their own advertising budget, which is paid directly to the advertising platform (e.g. Facebook).

Before purchasing our services, clients must understand that:

 

    • Ad spend is separate from LeadCrafters service fees

    • The client decides how much daily or monthly budget they wish to allocate to ads


6. Lead Delivery & Conversion Responsibility

LeadCrafters specialises in generating qualified leads and enquiries.

However, we do not guarantee that every lead will convert into a paying customer.

Successful conversion depends on several factors including:

 

    • How quickly the client responds to enquiries

    • Communication with the potential customer

    • Pricing and service offering

    • Availability of the business

Leads are delivered through our CRM system to allow businesses to respond quickly.

LeadCrafters provides guidance through our blog and resources on how to convert leads into customers efficiently.


7. Ad Pausing & Campaign Performance

Clients may request that their ads be paused. However, this is not recommended.

Advertising platforms such as Facebook operate using a learning phase, where the system identifies the most relevant audience to show the advertisement to.

Pausing a campaign can:

 

    • Restart the learning phase

    • Disrupt optimisation

    • Reduce lead flow temporarily

Clients should understand that pausing campaigns may delay or halt lead generation performance.

9. Subscription Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription with LeadCrafters, you must notify us directly via our official contact channels.

Please note that in order to process any cancellation, our team must first remove and delete all campaigns, advertisements, creatives, and related assets that have been created and managed by us within your advertising accounts.

Failure to allow this process will result in the cancellation request not being completed.

For example, if access to your advertising account is removed, restricted, or revoked before we are able to delete our work, your subscription will remain active and billing will continue until access is restored and the required removal process has been completed.

By using our services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that cancellation is only valid once all associated work has been properly removed by our team.

 

10. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing any service from LeadCrafters, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
