How is Google Ads different from Facebook Ads for my business?
Google Ads puts you in front of people who are already actively searching for what you offer, so it tends to convert faster for jobs people search for urgently (like "emergency plumber near me"). Facebook Ads reaches people who fit your ideal customer profile but aren't necessarily searching yet — great for building demand. Many of our clients run both.
Do I need a website or Google Business Profile already set up?
A website helps, but isn't always essential — we can also run campaigns that go straight to a call button or a simple booking page. If you don't have a Google Business Profile, we'll talk you through setting one up on your strategy call, as it strengthens local campaigns.
How much should I budget for ad spend, on top of your fee?
This depends on your industry and area, and we'll give you a realistic figure on your strategy call based on your job value and local competition. Your ad spend is paid directly to Google and is separate from our management fee.
I already run Google Ads myself — can you take over my existing account?
Yes, we regularly take over and clean up existing accounts. We'll review what's currently running, keep what's working, and rebuild what isn't.
Will I get charged extra if I want to change my keywords or targeting later?
No — day-to-day optimisation (adjusting keywords, bids and targeting to improve performance) is included and ongoing. An extra fee only applies if you ask us to change the actual service or offer being advertised, which requires rebuilding the campaign from scratch.
